What is Wood Finishing?

Wood effect finishing is a special film transfer process based on the latest technology in the surface finishing. PRIME ALUWOOD is an eco-friendly solution that gives you all the effects of the wood even while helping you reduce your carbon print, it provides you the opportunity to enhance internal and external finishing with a manifestation of high end visual look of wood having the stability, strength and robustness of aluminium Firstly, Powder coating is done on the material with a special polyurethane powder, the powder is the base layer which will then receive the sublimation inks. After powder coating, the material is wrapped in a special film which is the vacuumed and then moved to special high temperature oven where inks contained in the Film are transferred by Sublimation into the Coating layer of the materials. The material will now give all the warmth of wood without even cutting a single tree.
